1. Surface cleaning
When the surface of the main box is dirty, use warm water and neutral detergent to clean it. Finally, clean it with clean water and dry it with dry cloth.
2. Condenser fin cleaning
In order to ensure the heat dissipation effect, the dust of fins should be cleaned regularly, which can be cleaned with compressed air or with air conditioner freezer radiator cleaning agent. When the power is turned off, first clean the fins with clean water to achieve the effect of soaking, then clean the fins with cleaning agent (with a spray can) and soak them for 10 minutes, and then clean them with clean water.
3. Maintenance of draft beer cooling input output system
In order to ensure the taste of draft beer, it is recommended to clean the wine route every 7 days, as follows:
A. pour the special cleaning agent into the cleaning bucket and add warm water (not too hot) at 50 ℃ to dissolve it sufficiently.
B connect the distributor with the cleaning barrel, press down the handle of the distributor, open the valve of the steel cylinder, open the wine head, let a small amount of cleaning liquid be discharged, and then close the wine head. After 5 minutes, open the wine head to discharge a small amount of cleaning liquid, and repeat the above steps.
C. fill the cleaning bucket with clean water, and then clean the wine road until the discharged clean water has no peculiar smell.
4. Maintenance of distributor and wine head
Clean the sealing rings of distributor and wine head regularly, soak them in warm water at 50 ℃ for 2 minutes to clean wine stains, maintain good elasticity of rubber ring and improve service life.
