The gas cylinder in use shall not be exposed to the hot sun, shall not be close to the fire source and high temperature area, and shall not be less than 10m away from the open fire; Do not directly inject high-pressure steam into the cylinder; It is strictly prohibited to thaw with hot water and bake with open fire, and it is strictly prohibited to heat the gas cylinder with a heat source whose temperature exceeds 40 ℃.
Measures to avoid dumping shall be taken when the gas cylinder is placed vertically; Open the valve slowly to avoid high temperature due to rapid pressure rise of accessories; For combustible gas cylinders, do not knock the cylinder with steel tools to avoid sparks; The cylinder valve and accessories of the oxygen cylinder shall not be stained with grease. After the hands or gloves are stained with oil, the oxygen cylinder shall not be operated.
Surplus gas shall be left in the gas cylinder after application, which is mainly used to avoid accidents caused by mixing other gases or impurities. When the gas cylinder is used for the occasion where backflow (backflow) may occur, it is necessary to have devices to avoid backflow, such as one-way valve, check valve, buffer tank, etc. Residual oil and gas in LPG cylinders shall be recovered by facilities with safety measures and shall not be disposed of by themselves.
Strengthen the maintenance of gas cylinders. The paint layer on the outer wall of the gas cylinder can not only prevent corrosion, but also be an identification mark, which can avoid misuse and mixed loading. The integrity of the paint surface and the clarity of the mark shall be maintained. Mixing water in the cylinder will accelerate the corrosion of the inner wall of the cylinder. The cylinder must be dried before filling. The gas cylinder application unit shall not change the type of gas filled or replace the color mark of the gas cylinder without authorization. If replacement is really necessary, an application shall be submitted, and the cylinder inspection unit shall be responsible for refitting the cylinder. The unit responsible for modification shall determine whether the cylinder is suitable for the gas to be replaced according to the steel seal mark and safety status of cylinder manufacturing. During refitting, the interior of the gas cylinder shall be thoroughly cleaned, inspected, stamped and painted with inspection marks, the corresponding accessories shall be replaced, and the words, color rings and colors of the refitted gas shall be replaced.
