1. The draft beer machine has been continuously electrified for 1 hour, the refrigeration function is excellent, the water level in the water tank has been sufficient to submerge the copper tube and stainless steel coil of the evaporator, the water stirring function of the water stirring motor is excellent, and the CO2 pressure reducer is in good condition.
2. The rubber rings of the distributor and the wine spear were not damaged, and there was no crosstalk.
3. Draft beer barrel is used immediately after non long distance transportation or violent shaking.
4. The draft beer cup is clean and low temperature, and the way of receiving wine is that the wall of the glass is close to the outlet of the head.
5. The flow rate of the wine head was stable, and there was no rotating impact.
On the premise that the above matters are fully guaranteed, the draft beer machine still has foaming, please make the following adjustments:
1. Detect the airtight condition of draft beer cooling input output system and CO2 output system
To detect the connection of CO2 cylinder and CO2 decompressor, CO2 decompressor itself, distributor air inlet, distributor outlet, stainless steel coil inlet, stainless steel coil outlet, wine inlet of wine head, and the tightness of wine head itself, it is necessary to ensure that there are no wine and gas leakage points.
2. CO2 decompressor and regulation of wine head
If the pressure at the low pressure outlet of the pressure reducer has exceeded 0.3MPa, remove the distributor and use a special tool to relieve the pressure of the draft beer barrel.
After screwing in the distributor and the wine spear of the barrel, press down the handle of the distributor and open the CO2 cylinder valve. At this time, there are many bubbles in the wine pipe that flows into the beer refrigeration coil from the outlet of the distributor. At this time, rotate the pressure reducing rod of the CO2 pressure reducer clockwise, and the bubbles in the wine pipe will gradually decrease. Adjust the flow rate of the wine head to the minimum, pull the handle forward to open the wine head, discharge a small amount of wine and close the wine head. Observe whether there are still bubbles in the wine tube. If so, adjust the pressure reducing rod of CO2 pressure reducer clockwise again until there are no bubbles in the wine tube. Finally, the output pressure of the low pressure gauge of CO2 pressure reducer should be between 0.2 and 0.3 MPa.
Note: A. if you don't drink for a long time, it's normal that the first or second cup is frothy.
b. When pumping air into the barrel, if the pressure has been raised, the output pressure can not be reduced immediately, otherwise the whole barrel of wine will foam. You need to use special tools to depressurize the barrel, or close the gas, close all the distributors, twist the distributor pipe on the draught beer barrel to exhaust, and depress the distributor to depress the barrel. Be careful not to drop the gas check valve.
