When the draft beer machine leaves the liquor for 10 days, certain deposits will appear in the pipe wall of the liquor delivery pipe. These deposits will make the liquor turbid and change the taste. Therefore, it is necessary to clean it immediately.
1. proportioning cleaning solution: add 2kg of edible alkali into the cleaning tank, then open it with 55-65 degree temperature, and add water to 90% of the cleaning tank.
2. visually and hand touch the draft machine,
3. whether the power supply and C02 table and cylinder are operating normally,
4. check whether the fan is running normally,
5. check if the fan filter is blocked,
6. check whether the compressor is running,
7. check whether the pump motor is in normal operation,
8. check whether C02 table is within normal pressure range,
9. check whether there is any leakage of liquor and air (inspect each joint)
10. check whether the head of the wine is leaking or not, whether it is in normal operation,
11. check whether the distributor is normal,
6、 Precautions
In the normal operation process, the draft beer machine must be connected with power for a long time and can not be disconnected intentionally, so as to ensure the cooling capacity of the draft beer machine and make the draft beer have a good taste.
2) The power supply of draft machine is 220V, which should be used in normal environment to avoid the bad damage of the draft machine.
3) After a period of time, the draft beer machine should be maintained. When the soft wine pipe is used normally in summer, it should be cleaned or replaced regularly. The draft fan mouth shall be cleaned or dust removed.
